If I hit my desk in a rhythmic pattern, that's music. It's not good music and doesn't take much to create that, but it still has enough qualities of music to qualify. Compare that to a house being built where people are hammering nails. Not music. Just random banging.
Nigger monkey music does qualify as music, but generally, they only have 1 or 2 music sections used to support worthless nigger babbling. In many cases they do use more complex harmony to create dark and negative moods like what you might feel if you were in a room full of niggers. Overall it would qualify as 2-3 chords of harmony repeated over and over with likely chord alternations instead of chord changes. The easiest way to use ugly and complex chords is to start with a simple chord with the same root note and then switch to the more complex chord.
I would say a lot of the magic in music is based in section changes and with 1 or 2 music sections, there's not much room for anything really exciting and interesting to happen.
