Excellent. You should try my favorite chicken francese. French inspired Italian dish. butter, wine, lemon sauce.

Also, did you know that famous smith's song I posted, how soon is now, has some quotes from the 1871 novel Middlemarch by Mary Anne Evans (pseudonym George Eliot)

I actually handwrote a book on the year 1871. Quite interesting, possible lots of fakery attributed to that year, but a lot happened nonetheless. So much went down just then, that established the modern world.

I used to eat veal with a lemon caper butter sauce that I loved. It was an Italian dish though. The chicken dish sounds delicious. The sauce sound similar.Where do I find your recipe? Do you post it in food? I guess I can always look through your post.

You'll find all sorts of weird excellent things in my posts. Plus you can add capers, but that's more of a chicken piccata thing. Different type of frying/breading recipe with that though. I only have Italian family, I'm not Italian... But who knows with the English/Swiss side.

Oh, I didn't know that about that book, but that sounds really odd. II'll look into it. Will save this post. George Elliot, you say?! Like the freaky, spoiled brat, narcissistic kid who thought he was entitled to riches who went on a killing spree a few years back?. OK, that is very weird. I'll look into it. I didn't know that.

Not sure. That was her pseudonym in 1871. Can't recall a modern George Eliot killer, unless it was some sort of symbolic false flag

Oh., never mind. I was thinking of Elliot Rogers
