There hasn't been a fair election in Chicago since Daly. The whole city, without exception, could vote republican. Wouldn't matter, a democrat would be elected.. Same in Cali, Oregon WA state, MN, IL and NY. Once the democrats get a hold in a city fair elections are the first casualties.
