its a distraction and reason to turn the internet off. its also a pr campaign because she is siding with the correct(right) side: the farmers who dont care for the farm laws that take liberty from them(the ability to trade farmed goods can be taken in a crisis for example. i dont know alot about these laws though). i suspect this has to do with covid uprising asto why the internet was really turned off.
