Gypsy always referred to his internet offerings as shows (not as webinars or lectures). He may have thought of himself as a mixture of Don Rickles and social commentary. Personally, I never found him funny or interesting, just sort of sad. However, for certain, his speech is absolutely protected by the First Amendment.
