Interesting. Municipalities went on this mad rush to pull convicted criminals out of prison and keep them out of jail during the height of the whole Kung Flu thing. Then all of a sudden those same people are randomly attacking people that they'd otherwise have never bothered with before they were released. It couldn't be that they were ordered to do it. It just couldn't.

He killed his mom, stabbed her three times, when he was a teenaper. He did less than 20 years, and was released on lifetime parole before the covid hoax emptied prisons. I get what you are saying, but in this case, it was just more of the same ole same old.
You don't need to give criminals like the ones we are talking about orders to cause mayhem. It comes naturally to them.
