More states need to do the same.
Kansas went this route 10 years ago. Cops get uppity because they didn't know if the random Joe was allowed to have that firearm, and it's illegal to approach them over it. Governor was quoted as saying that maybe law enforcement should apply "innocent until proven guilty" in their police work.
Took the overlord power away from law enforcement. kinda stings.
A big win is that now the thugs will know that more people are carrying concealed wherever they go. Makes it more risky to strike out.
Good. Now do the same for Texas.
western tennessee is very, very, very white
Hmmmm I got a feelin' that you live in some other part of tennessee and western tennessee is the "wrong side of the tracks" for a white person. But then again, I'm judging you by your username without checking any of your post history or whatever.
no. florida. I look at a race map
It’s true.
Im thinking of living there in the summer. How hot does it get?
Stay out of even the mid-tier cities, also keep in mind Tennessee has a law that lets landlords still force their renters to pay, even if their house is pretty much in shambles, so either make sure you have a decent landlord or buy land and a house there. Also have fun with the red wasps. None of them fall for the traps you see online.
GIANT WIN.
Now places like Massachusetts are going to have to follow suit.. WHY you ask?
Watch Tennessee's crime rate PLUMMET.
It will be a cold day in hell before MS or CT do anything to actually help the citizenry
Alright, GA .. Your turn.
Got a guy in the Louisiana legislature that has introduced a similar bill. I figure our closet Marxist governor will veto it should it pass. I figure his veto will be overridden.
Effective July 1, 2021
I think i would rather have let the permit stay and just add an IQ test so idiots cant carry firearms like they carry an phone. You know what idiots do with their phones when they get mad and now they have a gun 2?
