northern california is literally more free than oregon, hardly any employees here wear masks. I left oregon to move to cali last summer for this reason. I tried talking to ppl in oregon (biz owners, health department stafff, state-congress reps, average dildos), NO ONE there is willing to stand upx they are all brainwashed and traunatized.
