First off, I wouldn't know since I wasn't part of the "60's generation", and second, those "movements" were all because of smelly, ignorant, dope-smoking, drug-adled, worthless, "hippies" that were protesting against the very people they were voting for, the demoniKKKrats. And because they were fucked up and stoned three quarters of the time, just like the "hipsters" and "millennials" of today, they couldn't figure out they were voting for the very people that were causing the problems! I hate hippies and hipsters too. Every generation has it's losers, from beatniks to hippies to millennials to hipsters, it doesn't matter - but in ALL cases there is 1 single common denominator - drugs & demoniKKKrats. Anybody, who was worth a damn, went to war to fight, and die, for the freedoms that the beatniks, hippies, millennials, and hipsters are using to destroy America.
