Sars is certainly real as a general viral strain. Sars cov 2 is a lab enhanced version. It is somewhat more deadly than the flu and design as such to cause panic but not so bad that President Trump could call for Martial law. If peoples acquired immune systems is marginal in the response to clearing the virus then in later waves the virus will become deadlier. Even worst giving a vaccine to millions while the viral spreading is at its peak is nothing more than a evolutionary path to gain of function. That is why India has just had a deadly new version of the virus. The good news is all but one state turned to Ivermectin and immediately ended the spread and saving many lives in the process.
