The big concern here is additives that aren't good for humans. I'm not saying there are any, but they specifically do not list them and have no obligation to do so. Be careful that the medicine isn't worse than the disease.
Ivermectin is a wonder drug though. It has promising results in cancer studies as well.
Ive used it. Some ivermectin animal products are combined with pyrantel which is another dewormer. I would avoid the products with pyrantel but its a safe drug as well used for pinworms on humans so its not a deal breaker.

Its made in Canada and is probably safer than the human drugs manufactured in China and India. They give it to million dollar race horses.
I've used it as well, I just think people deserve full disclosure on things.
Another "full disclosure" people should not miss: Don't use ivermectin when the blood-brain barrier is compromised, and (for the same reason) don't use it when pregnant or breastfeeding.
