Well sure. When you tell people their entire lives that all their problems are the fault of other people, not only do you build resentment towards the other group, you also inculcate a complete lack of responsibility for one’s own actions. Every shitty thing that the supposed aggrieved people might ever want to do becomes justified. I don’t care what behaviors we may or may not be inclined towards, everyone can and should be taught to control their own impulses.
