Once a nation falls, all of it's cities and towns and hovels therein are subject to the will of the occupying force. It is the nature of the conquered to submit to the conqueror. It is also the nature of the conquered to resist. Good thing we've empowered the Federal government to develop ubiquitous private and public electronic surveillance networks and torture at will.
