Adderal meth. There’s also this stuff you can get at Walmart that’s like speed. From what Iv read it’s very molecularly similar to meth. It’s hardcore stuff. Less clean but a true speed high. It does a couple weird things though. You start pouring sweat when you take it. And right when it kicks in you’re gonna shit every bit of shit in your body out, which I actually liked that part. It cleans you out
