yes but he was in asylum in the embassy hiding from the UK courts who had ordered him detained, the second sweden dropped the case he had no case to answer for as he had said the whole time. Ultimately, the only order for his detention was purely for contempt of court at that point but it was in contempt of an order in regards to a dropped proceeding so there was no reason for him to have ever had to hide that long.
