There's not really a geographic line on which you can divide America politically any more. You'd have to carve out all the blue cities creating some untenable sort of border gore. In fact, the whole concept of red states vs blue states is flawed -- red states are just states where the blue cities haven't achieved electoral dominance over red counties (yet)
