Nice! this will be settled out of court because the government doesn't want to bring the cop out of hiding

WE know that , but ask a cnn viewer

I hope not. I want to see the family get the anti-White system to formally admit fault for the anti-White nigger that murdered her along with a national apology that is aired every 15 minutes on every "news" network for a year straight, a generous compensation package (at the bare minimum take fentanyl floyd $$ as a baseline then use income difference as a multiplier), the nigger that shot her get the rope, vetting procedures put in place to ensure people with anti-White sentiments are not hired by the federal government, and every kike/kikesucker that made the 1/6 gay-op possible put on trial for treason.

Yes, by all means sue the Capitol police and the shooter. But it shouldn't end there. If they have to they will throw that nigger under the bus.
I want to know who authorized the use of deadly force. Somebody in the chain of command told that nigger, "Okay, if they cross this line, if they break this perimeter, you can shoot them." Someone gave that order. Who?

I suppose it's possible that someone told that nigger to fire, but it's also entirely possible he's just a dangerous trigger happy anti-White piece of shit that was effectively given permission to execute a White woman after the fact. Order of approval aside, I agree those assholes need to be swinging too.

Not being a dick but is there legislation that states ' a suspect, offender or intruder has to be warned first' ??. Regardless of best practice policies for warning, what about in the heat of the moment , lol. Cause You just know the fact that the safety of the Nations politicians were at stake and the officer totally feared that imminent harm was about to occur either to him or those he was tasked with protecting will be the response ....

Don't know about DC specifically, but in other states self-defense has both a subjective and objective components. Even if the cop says they were in fear of their life, there is still the objective component that can be argued.

Oh yeah, but then regardless of any of that, any prosecution then still has to overcome 'Qualified immunity' .... Unfortunately dollars to donuts nothing to see here.

The people coming in were not told to leave, they were welcomed in.

Partly correct but Not entirely true, At some point certain doors, exits and egress ways were shut, closed, locked and barricaded - the breaking out the panes of any of those doors, climbing up onto the window frame and then attempting to make your way through said 'closed, locked and barricaded door' into an obviously 'out of bounds area' is and was fcking stupid ....

Really, what if this was mostly staged? I mean the parents also playing their part, like they are alphabet. Is any of this falsifiable? If yes then there are rooms for it

I know it sounds too far fetched, at the same time it's washington DC

An improper use of lethal force. A warning isn't required but a credible threat is.

She was an unarmed protester, that's the bottom line here.

He got trigger happy and they will protect him, unlike the way they protect the citizens who employ them.

Watch the video everything wrong with the Jan 6th story... the gun comes out of a hallway and all I could imagine was the jaws music playing it was so gay and fake as to be??? Well it is unbelievable because it was a false flag. The gun never went above her belly button. Prove me wrong

So a drawn weapon is "failure to warn?" Now?

[–] [deleted] 2 pts

It is when you're hiding behind a pile of furniture around a corner. Even in an FPS that's a cheese dick move, called "crate camping."

She had no way to see that. He was doing what is called "lying in wait" in other words, an ambush. People have gone to jail for doing that in their own house, why should this guy be any different?

[–] 0 pt

People still think she was shot and killed there?

[–] 0 pt

Shooting.. you spelled murder wrong

Wasn't that Schumer's detail? They should probably do Schumer too.
