She isn't challenged at all on the truth of what she said, only how much it hurt other peoples feelings.

Just like questioning the holocaust in most European countries falls under "public peace" laws, and not any factual speech laws. Jews are literally first class citizens in Europe proclaiming to be the victims, as always
