They really don't care because the public schools have guarantee revenue through taxation. Their money doesn't directly come from parents and teachers have to strictly adhere to the curriculum set by the administration. Parents only have input when enrolled in a private school. Hopefully a movement will begin to defund public schools.

Every parent needs to demand THEY keep their property taxes to send THEIR kids to a school that is best for them. NOT THE GD GUBBERMINT!!!
