That's a comparison of the footage both are slightly lower quality due to youtube compression, the defense got the 480p video and the prosecution withheld the 1080p video
I still can't see shit on this anyway, so it shouldn't have mattered. The defense should have been able to argue that it doesn't show anything and gotten the provocation instruction dropped.
