Aren't there laws for one side of a case withholding evidence from the other?
what, like the judge withholding all the video and records from the Chauvin trial? that law isn't written down yet

it's just a standard thing like in the case of Kyle, like we all know Kyle's attackers all had decades long histories of being violent mental cases, but the jury were not told this because it's supposed to be irrelevant to the case
same for Floyd, all those historical videos of him resisting arrest, saying he can't breathe, swallowing drugs, pretending he a 'gud boi, dindu nuffin' etc
the jury saw none of that
the Left could have also researched the same videos as we all did, but they weren't interested. 99% of our population are totally ignorant of the real background to any trial or news story, and the jew media loves this
Yeah, prosecutorial misconduct resulting in a mistrial with prejudice.
And of course disbarment, criminal charges, and civil suits.
