Operation Dark Winter is an exercise from 2001 much like the Plan 201 was about coronavirus. A couple weeks ago Bill Gates said that terrorists will release small pox. The problem other than that possibility and how he knows this, is whether or not it would be weaponized or not. Weaponized small pox has a 80 percent kill rate where as the other one has a 30 percent mortality rate. Keep a pulse on this and remember Black Friday has the highest travel day of the year and shopping day of the year.
