Correct. This is called playing the long con. This is a marathon and not sprint. Kyle will be suing the shit out of many people. But I expect the "victims' " families will also be suing him. So he may as well perform some self preservation at this stage.

Whether he believes it or not I don't know. But I would definitely put a huge sarcastic tone on it.
