Probably because they didn’t see them. Those people also probably lived in the neighborhood.

Arbery was a nigger who didn’t live nearby and entered the house. Why did he enter the house? Why was he even in the neighborhood? Why was he out for a jog with untied timberlands?

The property owner even called 911 on the ‘colored fella’ who had illegally entered his house.

Again, you’re trying to play off technicalities. That’s all well and good for a lawyer, but it makes you intellectually dishonest.

You know why he was there.

I know why he was there.

The McMichaels knew why he was there.

Congrats on your technicalities, but your nigger was a criminal who attacked the people who tried to stop him from being a criminal in their neighborhood, and he deserved to die

This is what you sounds like.

Yes because Arbery was suspected of trespassing, not burglarly.

You know why he was there.

No I don't.

I know why he was there.

Why was he there?

Are you really comparing a police cadet traveling to his hometown which is being burned and destroyed to a career criminal walking around a random neighborhood and entering random houses? Also Kyle wasn’t/was never recognized as an outsider. The McMichaels knew that Arbery wasn’t from that neighborhood and didn’t belong there

Yes because Arbery was suspected of trespassing, not burglarly.

He was trespassing while he was walking on the lawn. By the time the McMichaels were chasing him, he had illegally entered the house. That’s burglary.

No I don't.

Intellectual dishonesty. Again, do you think he was looking for a nice dry place to paint his fingernails? Do you think he was there taking photos of new construction for his dissertation? Name a single innocent thing a career criminal would have been doing inside that house, six miles away from his home with no vehicle.

No. We both know why he was there.

I posted the Georgia definition of burglary which clearly states there must be intent to commit a further crime. Arbery entered that property several times but is not accused of any crimes beyond trespass. You are being intellectually dishonest, or perhaps deficient.
