Yeah I looked at it again. I would argue who is detaining whom at that point. Arbery is grabbing the gun. You're not going to walk away from that. But I think the prosecutions whole case was what happened leading up to the struggle.

The prosecutor in the McMichaels trial was a shark, the defense attorney was a redneck with a ponytail. It’s disgusting. Three innocent men going to prison. The only silver lining is that a criminal nigger is dead.
