They can't prosecute this kid as an adult, and simultaneously charge his parents. That makes zero sense, and sets a fucking awful precedent.

I guess that depends on whether they could be charged if an adult had done the same thing. My guess is, either way, the prosecutor doesn't have a case here. Not that whites are getting fair trials these days, but someone would have to show me what law they broke. It's not manslaughter.
