The school uses a joo-ed up State wide School policy for 'Restorative Justice'. Children are discouraged from being sent home or expelled unless there are actual physical acts/ explicit threats of violence or harm towards self and others ( really it's to protect unruly niggers that run amok in the US school system). This fell into a 'oh vey what do we do ??' , so yeah the parents declined taking the son out of the school and the school administration never forced the issue because the Policy is to 'focus of the individual needs of the child and allow them to be able to fully express themselves ... blah blah blah horseshit'. Just more purposeful marxist tripe dressed up as ' but what about the children'.
