I mean, I wish you were right. But I don't think an uncoordinated response can eliminate this scourge. My point is the successful response to a globally coordinated campaign would have to be equally coordinated in global scope. And after it is all said and done you now have an apparatus that will be taken advantage of by the next ambitious group.
