Did you see the guy that used to fight the IRA. Black gloss paint mixed with oil in a water balloon. A couple dozen of those thrown across a crowd control line and it lights out for them. 0 visibility and all their equipment is toast. Oil and paint will even take multimillion dollar APC out of action.
