The best-selling author also made a prediction last week about the Biden administration. “Biden to step down soon,” he predicted. “Kamala [Harris] will become [the] first female president. This was [the] plan all along. Trump ruined Hillary’s ascension following Obama.”

Yeah, and his homes that he's landlording as leveraged as he possibly can to get as much cashflow per investment will all drop in value faster than gold ever will in a depression. And he'll be holding the bag.

He'll wish he had adopted maximizing bottom projection of future net worth instead of I need cash cash cash today!!
