While correct, the virus payload delivery system might have a ~~smaller~~ chance of not getting through your Blood Brain Barrier whereas lipid packets are already used for medicating the brain. Of course you're still going to make millions/billions/trillions of spike proteins that can pass into your brain, but that's neither here nor there.
