I would like to see the population at a level the planet can support with a good quality of life. Supposedly that's fewer than there are now. Very many people today have poor quality of life, and the environment is also suffering.
Convincing white Americans to embrace degeneracy will do you no good at all. There's not very many of us to begin with, and the population of such isn't growing very fast. You have to sterilize or convince to use birth control billions of Africans and Middle Easterners, basically.
