The USA will also take away your passport if you get behind on child support payments. So you can't leave the USA either

Ain't it the truth. Took me a long time to realize that.

Not only a colony but also the slave military force.

That happens only after a whole bunch of what we call 'Due Process' happens. You need to get divorced, go to court, have a child support agreement, failed to pay the payments on the child support agreement, Go BACK to court, and finally have an injunction against you to prevent you from fleeing.

This poor guy does not even owe the child support yet... This happened even before the court had settled the child support case. He is prevented from leaving the country until he pays off 18 YEARS OF CHILD SUPPORT UP FRONT! This is not punishing a deadbeat dad... This is 'Future Crime' except here is is not a profit that can see the future passing judgment but rather a rabbi doing it with no proof that he will eventually become delinquent on his payments.
