stop eating meats
If you're not eating meat right now, go grill up a nice thick ribeye steak and eat half of it. Don't overdo it, it'll make you sick to your stomach. Eat the other half 2 days later. Call me in a week and tell me how you feel. You're welcome.
It's probably been so long since you've had meat, you don't remember what you're supposed to feel like on a day-to-day basis. Once you get that "something missing" back into your diet, you'll feel like a whole new person.
You don't need meat every single day, but at least every other day have at least 3 oz worth. That ain't much. Alternate white/red meat.
If you've got a desk job and not active on a daily basis, do NOT eat 2000 calories a day per nutrition facts label; you'll get fat. 750-1000 calories daily for non-active people, depending on bmi.
can you tell me what nutrient I would supposed to be getting from the "ribeye steak" that will make me feel so good?
