I guess it could be printed but why would anyone choose the Courier font on purpose in 2021, unless it was an attempt to make the document look more "official?"

This is just one of those grain of salt things the internet has to offer. One of those times that you have to look out for or wait for other corroborating sources to be sure either way.

That's true, every time I think a Project Veritas report is too absurd to be true, it turns out to be true in every respect.
Beats me. They should just type top secret documens in comic sans so nobody ever takes them seriously if leaked.

I type my secret documents in invisible ink.
