My guess is, they planned for this, the mandates not holding was inevitable.
Just think about it logically -
How long were they planning to hold mandates for a virus from 2019? until 2040?
And if they were planning to have new vaccines added regularly, how does someone comply if they choose to start doing so 7 years in? How do they take the now 20 vaccines when they all have to be spaced apart?
Also mandates imply emergency. An emergency so bad it requires mandates would have to be proceded by shutdowns. Are they planning to have shutdowns regularly for the rest of their lives?
Also mandates require enough people going a long with it. People went along with the first vaccines because up until that point they believed it all, they spent a whole year locked down thinking they were just waiting for that vaccine. Now they got it and nothing reopened, most of that crowd see the scam. So they aren't going along with endless boosters.
So if they've now only got like 20% who will go along with endless boosters, what is the mandate long game? We're back to the original question, do they plan to keep mandates until 2040 for a virus from 2019?
The mandates had no long game and it was always a part of their expectations / timeline.
