The point is that if you have a state which allows exemptions and half of the employees are officially exempt, then 100% of your employees are covered.

I don’t think that’s how it’s working and why states have sued over the federal workers/contractors/sub contractors who aren’t being given that option even with their states having an exemption.

The US has an exemption and they’re not following that one either.

Well, there's a difference between the mandate for Federal employees and the OSHA/CMS mandate. The Federal employees are essentially screwed AFAIK, because they have no recourse.

The OSHA/CMS mandate is attempting to blanket cover all workers, regardless of who is employing them: OSHA for companies over 100 employees under the guise of "worker safety", and CMS by withholding Medicare/Medicaid payments unless the medical employer enforces the vax.

The CMS mandate is far more insidious, since most medical facilities make upwards of 60-80% of their money from Medicare and Medicaid.
