Pamphlets are protected under first amendment. Absolutely crazy to think someone wants jail time for who ever distributed these. The tell is when they never actually address anything in the flyer as being inaccurate.

100%. isn't that the entire point of "hate speech" laws. they allow free speech to be categorized as a crime, regardless of its merit or truthfulness.
