It ain't over till the "state of emergency" is gone.
The US has been in a state of war emergency for 100 years. It gets renewed everytime they declare a war on something. "War on drugs" "War on poverty" "War on terror" "War on crime" etc....
The gold fringe flag is historically used during times of war in maritime admiralty law. It's in every courtroom, whenever a president talks on tell-a-vision, in every "government" building. Research it for yourself and start noticing.
That won't matter. The only thing that will last is when liability is shifted from the taxpayers to the companies themselves. Until that day the killing and maiming will continue.

They made great contracts and won't ever be liable for damages caused by any product covered by these..
That's what the article is about, they are re-classifying the virus from a threat to a normal endemic virus... and thereby losing the legal ability for these emergency powers.
