Well nigger privilege means that niggers are constantly undercharged for their crimes against the Human species. In this case she gets three counts of Disorderly Conduct, the mildest possible misdemeanor they could have filed. Had they scapegoated the White student who was under suspicion, she would have faced at least one felony charge with a hate crimes enhancement. But the niggersow actually committed many crimes here. False reporting of a crime, criminal fraud, lying to investigators, all of which should have been charged along with a hate crimes enhancement. And the White student has a great case for Defamation of Character in civil court, I would suspect. But niggers are not held up to a human standard of responsibility for their own behavior.
