Very odd, I wasn't expecting this (heart event seemed more likely). He hit his head and then went to sleep? Where did it happen? How?

Here's another report that says a person with direct knowledge said it was due to a brain bleed:

Of "unknown origin" because they haven't made that part up yet.

It needs to sound plausible yet unproveable, like everything else.
