Yellow springs is a hippy town. They don’t want a bunch of low income housing coming in and shitting the place up. The town would be absolutely stupid to trade that housing vs Dave’s comedy club. Dave’s comedy club won’t bring permanent faggots to the town. They will just come in for the night and leave back to their liberal shit holes.
