The bank that GSG banks with will likely (or maybe not) freeze the funds. IIRC the funds donated are held in an escrow sort of account before being wired to the recipient's bank.
One obvious way around this would be to use an attorney as an escrow service, have the donated funds held in escrow, then at the trigger point(s) release the funds to the recipient bank or crypto wallet or whatever.
