cant they be sued by them? mental anguish at least. loss of privacy?
I don’t think they have the money for a lawsuit
You can report them for a HIPPA violation and a data breach of PII and PMI. Even if everyone effected reported them (fine x 100 employees) the fine would be a slap on the wrist. HIPPA is toothless. The tiers of violation are intentionally crafted to make everything fall into the most minor category that has a minimum fine of $100 per violation... so in all likelihood a $10,000 fine
