That was a down microburst. It is a weather phenomenon that happens pretty regularly around the world under all kinds of weather conditions. The way the birds "flow" like a liquid on the fast moving air current is the tell-tale sign of microbursts. Notice how many of the birds were able to recover from the downburst and fly off. The ones that hit the street hard did not survive but many more did. This wasn't a toxic gas or an electric phenomenon and it certainly isn't 5G related as others have claimed. The same thing happens to airplanes and microbursts have caused several crashes because of their unexpected timing and ferocity.
