Of course, because brown "people" were just handed licenses and told "Have at it", the rest of us had to take driver's ed.
That was also to make the filthy border jumpers technically "citizens" so they could vote and interfere with our elections, that's why voter ID everyone keeps bitching about means nothing, they were given licenses, therefore if they can vote, they're technically "citizens".
