The only plus is that it is an executive order, so it will be easily cancelled on the same way baby biden cancelled on Trumps more positive exec. Orders

Obama ordered the government to stop deporting "dreamers". The Supreme Court say that it was his prerogative. Trump ordered the government to resume deporting "dreamers". The Supreme Court said that Trump couldn't undo Obama's order.

should have just done it anyways. that's been Biden's strategy every time the supreme Court over ruled him.
