The truck would have been missing it's spare, steel wheel and/or a mismatch tire because most people don't get 5 new tires when they get new tires. I don't think 8lug donut spares even exist because it'd be asinine to use one on a truck when just about 100% of trucks have full size spare tires that are usually mounted under the bed.
