Tires connect you to the road. Why the fuck would you put your shitty dry rotted spare on your front driver tire?
If you had to use it don’t drive at top speed. Most flats you can repair yourself.
I learned to drive at 12, wasnt the kids fault. Poor 13 yr old didn't have the strength or the wherewithal to keep that truck straight going that speed. Father set themselves up for failure and many families paid the price.
I hurt the person I love the most because I let the tires get too close to the wear bars. Fortunately no life changing injuries but I did get a very humbling lesson. Your tires are probably the most important thing to keep tabs on your vehicle safety wise.

I’ve thrown out lots of tires. Last set was cracked around the entire centre tread on the two fronts.
