The family should press charges and deal with the arrest threat.

Here's what happened:

Next lap around, black dude got in his face and impeded the race again. White dude pushed him.

Black dude then chased him down and sucker punched him.

ran into cops that pulled that shit twice, refusing to let me press charges. Had a grown ass adult hit my toddler while i was holding him because the guy was having a temper tantrum. Ended up going to an attorney to get charges pressed because the guy kept terrorizing my family. the police department kept trying to tell me only my sons mother could press charges when she wasnt even around or involved.

they didnt want to press charges so that to keep crime rates down to look good so people would move into the little town, we were at the start of a housing boom in the area and nearest jobs were 40+ minutes away.

The second time was when a couple spics broke into my car, was able to get video of them leaving their place of work the taco bell and walking through the kroger parking lot at 9pm breaking into cars. I was able to identify them and get their names from the taco bell. police tried claiming that there was no footage and it was impossible for me to reconize them from the video.

they just wanted to ignore that one because they were trying to move mexicans into the area for "diversity" their "diversity" brought them meth trafficking.

went to an attorney both times to get charges pressed. the police arent there to help you, and the court systems have turned into a scam to make the public poor. I remember when it wasnt like this

Seriously cops are some worthless fuckers. I got my store broken into. The stuff he stole is pretty uncommon and has serial numbers, so we found who he sold it to out of state. Took the credit card info and witness statement of the out of state store to the police. I had done some work for the guy that robbed us, and gave them all his info. They just said it was going to be to difficult to prosecute because the product was sold out of state. The guy that robbed us wasnt the guy that broke in and took the product, pretty sure he just paid a nig to do it, so he could sell it. We had the whole thing wrapped up for the cops, built the whole case, told them where the guy lived, and worked, they just said who cares. A former friend of the guy I know told me the guy is an informant and thats why they didnt charge him. Which is fucking crazy that theyll just give a fucking criminal a free pass because they owe him one.
